Is the PRE5TIGE a neutral, reference tuning?
No, and that is on purpose. It is a lively, full-bodied, slightly colored signature built for enjoyment and stage, not a flat studio-reference curve. The measured response is published above so you can see exactly what you are getting.
How long will my pair take?
Built to order, usually 2 to 4 weeks. If Isaiah has a finished set ready it can ship sooner, and he will keep you updated personally.
What cable and connector does it use?
A 2-pin detachable connector and a 4.4mm balanced BlackCat cable in the box. You are free to roll other 2-pin cables.
What if something goes wrong?
A 1-year parts and labor warranty covers it. The person who built your IEMs repairs them. You just cover shipping.
